January 2021: COVID-19 Update

With the progression of the COVID-19 pandemic into 2021, In Insurance remains committed to safely serving you and your family either in-person or through our online service.

For our January 2021 update. we are proud to announce that we have partnered with KŌKIN, a local Vancouver business, to supply us with a contactless temperature checker. A temperature check will be mandatory for walk-in clients and staff to ensure that we can safely work together.

Steps we are taking to combat COVID-19

  1. Daily and regular sanitation of our office space and payment terminals.

  2. Retaining over the phone service + email service for ICBC Autoplan, home insurance, and commercial lines.

  3. Mandating employees and all customers to sanitize and wear face masks upon entering the premises.

  4. Limiting office occupancy with our customers and partners for drop-off/pick-up.

  5. Mandating registration of walk-in customers + partners to enforce contact tracing.

  6. Mandatory temperature check with contactless device at entrance.

  7. Plexiglass fixtures at service area.
