Reopening to Walk-In Customers

As of September 22, 2020, the In Insurance office has been reopened to the public for service.

We would like to thank our customers and partners for their continued support in our effort to combat COVID-19 together.

As per the previous update, In Insurance is currently taking the current health initiatives

  1. Daily and regular sanitation of our office space.

  2. Retaining over the phone service + email service for ICBC Autoplan, home insurance, and commercial lines.

  3. Mandating employees and all customers to wear face masks upon entering the premises.

  4. Limiting office occupancy with our customers and partners for drop-off/pick-up.

  5. Mandating registration of walk-in customers + partners to enforce contact tracing

Our team is excited to assist you and your family for all insurance needs, both in-person or remotely.
